Staffing
Security
To ensure the well-being of your guests, The Grand UpperRoom prioritizes safety by providing hired security personnel for your event. The number of security guards needed will be determined by our coordination team, taking into account the number of guests attending. The final count of required security personnel will be established

Servers and Bar Tender Contract
In order to ensure smooth and efficient bar service, only The Grand UpperRoom’s smart serve certified bartenders are allowed to work behind the bar. Each event must have at least one bartender present. The billing rate for bartenders is $35 per hour, with a minimum requirement of 4 hours. The need for additional bartenders
