Promotion Submission Access

Submit a new promotion for The Grand UpperRoom. All submissions are reviewed by the admin before going live on the site.

Before You Submit

  1. A promotion contributor account is required. If you do not have one, please contact the admin at info@thegrandupperroom.com to request access.
  2. Have your content ready. You will need the promotion title, eyebrow text (e.g., “Limited Time”), a short body for the announcement bar, full offer details, CTA button text and URL, and the start and end dates in YYYY-MM-DD format.
  3. Hero image is optional but recommended. Upload a high-quality .jpg or .png graphic (Canva flyer or product shot). .heic files from iPhones are not supported.
  4. All submissions are reviewed before publishing. The admin will check your content, dates, and bar/hero toggles before making the promotion live.
