Most people arrive with two facts already settled: the date, and roughly how many guests. That is enough to choose between the Eden Suite and the Bethel Suite, because the two rooms differ in only a handful of ways that actually matter.

Start with your guest count

Eden seats 90 with a dance floor and holds 100 in a cocktail layout. Bethel seats 80 with a dance floor and 90 in a corporate layout. Both rooms are capped at 99 occupants, so the practical question is not which room is bigger; it is how much open floor your event still needs once the tables are set.

Then think about what the room has to do

The Eden Suite gives you 1,360 square feet with 43 by 30 feet of open floor, a signature crystal chandelier under 22 foot ceilings, a private bridal suite, and a flex room for staging, gifts, or vendors. It is the room people choose when they want guests to walk in and pause.

The Bethel Suite gives you 1,354 square feet with 47 by 29 feet of open floor. The longer, narrower shape puts every seat on a clean sightline to the front of the room, which is why it is the one most often requested for corporate off-sites, conferences, and community gatherings.

What does not change

Both suites carry identical Core Collections: rectangular and round tables, champagne Chiavari chairs, black linens, a 75 inch flat screen, built-in SONOS sound, high-speed Wi-Fi, dimmable lighting, an on-site prep kitchen, ADA-compliant restrooms, and free on-site parking. Both include a personalized consultation, professional setup, post-event cleaning, and a licensed security officer. Both have 22 foot ceilings. Choosing the smaller room does not mean choosing a lesser one.

A quick way to decide

Choose Eden if you are getting ready on site, you want a dance floor with 90 or more guests, or you want the room itself to be the first impression.
Choose Bethel if someone will be presenting, your count sits between 80 and 90, or you want a more intimate room without giving up a single amenity.
