Social Celebration Questions, Answered

What kinds of social celebrations can I host at The Grand UpperRoom?

Quinceañeras, birthdays, baby showers, graduations, anniversaries, and cultural or community celebrations all suit our two suites. The four celebrations above each have their own guide, and anything not listed here is still welcome. Schedule a tour and tell us what you are planning.

How many guests can a social celebration hold?

The Eden Suite holds 90 with a dance floor and up to 100 in a cocktail layout. The Bethel Suite holds 80 with a dance floor and up to 90 in a seated layout. Each suite has a maximum capacity of 99 occupants.

Can I book both suites for one celebration?

Yes. Booking the two suites together is a common choice for a larger guest list, or for keeping dining and dancing in separate rooms. Bring your guest count to a tour and we will map the flow of the evening with you.

What is included in a social celebration rental?

Every rental includes tables, champagne Chiavari chairs, black linens, a 75 inch display, built-in SONOS sound, high-speed Wi-Fi, and dimmable lighting as part of the Core Collections, along with a personalized consultation, professional setup, post-event cleaning, and a licensed security officer.

How far in advance should I book?

Saturdays and dates in spring and late autumn book first, often several months ahead. Weekday, Friday, and Sunday dates tend to stay open longer. If your date is already fixed, it is worth touring early.
