Two distinguished suites sit under one roof: the Eden Suite, our premier signature space with soaring ceilings and a crystal chandelier, and the Bethel Suite, our warmer, conference-ready room. Most Katy corporate venues give you one room and a time slot. The Grand UpperRoom gives you a choice. The Eden Suite is the showcase room: 2,800 square feet total with a 1,360 sq ft main ballroom, soaring ceilings, and a crystal chandelier, ideal for galas, launches, and large mixers of up to 90 to 100 guests. The Bethel Suite is the working room: 1,800 square feet total with a 1,354 sq ft main ballroom, conference-ready and warm, ideal for meetings, trainings, and presentations of up to 90. How many guests can The Grand UpperRoom host for a corporate event?
The Eden Suite holds up to 90 to 100 depending on layout; each suite has a maximum capacity of 99 occupants. Reserve both suites for larger meetings or multi-room events.
Do you have presentation A/V?
Yes. Every rental includes a 75 inch display, a SONOS sound system, high-speed Wi-Fi, and fully dimmable lighting as part of the Core Collections.
Can the room be set up for a meeting or training?
Yes. The open floor configures for conference, classroom, theater, banquet, or reception layouts to fit your agenda.
Can we bring our own caterer, or do you provide catering?
